DELIVERY INFO

We offer FREE on-demand deliveries within San Francisco City limits and scheduled deliveries around the Bay Area.

Delivery Minimums
SF $50

Out of Area $100-300
(plus $8 delivery fee + bridge toll if applicable)

Missed deliveries are subject to a $5 re-delivery fee.

Price does not include taxes. Unless a promo code was used, your shopping cart total will not reflect any discounts. After ordering, you’ll receive a follow-up email confirming discounted total.

Monday - Friday 10 AM TO 7 PM
Saturday 12 PM TO 7 PM
Sunday 10 AM TO 6 PM

For same day deliveries, orders must be received by 8:00PM in SF and 7:00PM for Out of Area. Any orders placed after 8:00PM will be processed the following day.

Orders placed during business hours are delivered between 30 minutes and 2 hours. Why the long delivery window? There may be delays depending on the time of day, traffic and events going on in the city. Some deliveries may take longer than usual due to those factors.

Please specify in your order notes any delivery instructions i.e. please call or ring doorbell. We prefer that you meet the driver at the front door or at the curb of your delivery address.

You will be notified via text with an ETA when the driver is en route with your delivery. With this text, you’ll be able to view exactly where your driver is on a virtual map. A second text notification is sent once the driver has arrived. If they do not see you upon arrival and there are no specific delivery instructions, they will give you a call for further instructions. With no response, the drivers will wait 5-10 min max.

Please have your ID and payment ready at the time of delivery. We can only deliver to the person who placed the order. We accept CASH only. Exact change is preferred, but drivers will have a small amount of change available. Tips are not required, but always appreciated.

Drivers and vehicles will be non-branded for maximum discretion and safety.
